Insead, a graduate business school with a campus in Singapore, has been placed number one in an annual global ranking of Master of Business Administration (MBA) programmes conducted by the Financial Times (FT).
Insead offers a one-year MBA programme, whilst other top schools tend to offer two-year programmes.
Insead attributes its stellar performance to a variety of metrics such as the salaries of its graduates and the return on investment for the MBA.
Its alumni command an average annual salary of over $237,500.
This year, Singapore’s Nanyang Business School also fared well. The average annual salary for its graduates is $170,000. Their peers from the National University of Singapore (NUS) Business School earn about $167,000.
