Automotive engineering students from the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) will have the opportunity to participate in industry attachments with Swedish firm Scania as well as Caterpillar Asia/Tractors Singapore.
Besides learning about maintaining heavy vehicles, ITE students will have access to up-to-date equipment donated by the two companies, enabling them to hone their skills to match industry needs.
To enter the programme, prospective students must already hold either a relevant Nitec or Higher Nitec qualification and meet a minimum grade point requirement.
