Singapore’s schools improved on their performance at the International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma examinations held in November last year.
Anglo-Chinese School (Independent) students achieved an average of 41.6 points, with 27 of them receiving the maximum 45 points.
Hwa Chong International School students scored 37.2 points on average, with two of them scoring the maximum 45 points.
Over 80 per cent of The School of the Arts students scored at least 35 points.
In the IB Career-related Programme examinations, over 90 per cent of SOTA students achieving excellence.
There are a total of 24 educational institutions in Singapore offering the IB diploma.
