Kaplan Singapore has teamed up with the University of Portsmouth in the United Kingdom to offer degrees in Forensic Computing and Software Engineering starting this December.
The courses will help train a critical pool of computer forensics investigators who can tap into a growing market in the area of cyber crime and digital forensics. The programmes will provide participants with a background in computing and also build a strong foundation in the principles and techniques of computer forensics investigation.
Students will have the chance to apply their skills to real-life problems, develop software, hardware and networks, and interact with experts in the forensic and security field.
Upon graduation, they can expect to embark on careers in digital forensics, cyber security, and IT management, to name a few.
